Colorful Contemporary
This contemporary home had great bones but needed a facelift. We got rid of the flooring and replaced it with wood tile. New counters in the kitchen and dining room—as well as a tiled fireplace surround—helped update things as well. Furniture, fun carpets, lighting, and some funky accessories really pulled everything together and created a comfortable and colorful space that the homeowners could finally enjoy!

A live-edge table and a live centerpiece offset the metal accents in the room.
Open concept is very popular, but it requires creating individual spaces that work well together. All elements must be in balance.

A custom cushion and decorative sconce finished this area well

This home had plenty of interesting elements, but they weren't showcased well. The fireplace was beautiful but the new tile surround turned it into a piece of art and the centerpiece of the room

Textures are just as important as color in any design
