Narrowing Your Perspective

This downtown home had a very narrow kitchen, but by using light and color we were able to make it appear large and warm.

Maple counters were used on either side of the range work like built-in cutting boards

By using darker colors on the floor and ceiling of he room and white cabinets in the middle, it makes the space feel larger than it is

We used glass front cabinets near the window to help capture and reflect more light in this narrow kitchen

A red valence adds just enough color to draw the eye without overwhelming the room
